Marco Herrera
Executive Chef
Chef Marco Herrera started his culinary career at Angelo & Maxie’s in 2005 where he worked all kitchen positions and developed his culinary skills. He then moved to Vic & Anthony as a sous chef. Eventually, he transferred to Mastros. He joined the Striphouse team in 2017 as a sous chef and quickly became a valuable member to the team. By continuously improving his culinary and business knowledge, he excelled in his position. In 2022, he was promoted to executive chef at Striphouse downtown.
Marco has 3 children and when he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities and going to the movies. His favorite food is steak of course, NY strip steak. His motto is “never say no to the guest.”
